UMC, the El Paso Chamber and the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce kicked off the UMC Procurement Pathways program to help local businesses register as potential vendors, learn compliance requirements and build competitive proposals.
The eight-session program also helps businesses better understand the procurement process and prepare to compete for contracting opportunities throughout the community.
