UMC is incredibly proud of its associates who have taken a big step forward in their education. This year, many team members celebrated their graduation after successfully completing their degree programs through UMC’s CARES Educational Program.
The CARES Educational Program is designed to empower associates by offering them opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. This helps foster a culture of continued learning and support within the hospital, strengthening the team and the care they provide to their patients.
