It’s almost time!

The UMC Better Health Run & Walk 2025 is just around the corner. Join us on Saturday, September 27 at the UMC Northeast Clinic for a morning of fitness, community, and support for a great cause.

Race day check-in: 7:00–7:45 AM

Event starts: 8:00 AM

Includes:

  • Long-sleeve tech T-shirt for the first 500 registered participants
  • Trophies for the top 3 male and female finishers in the 5K
  • Age group awards in the following categories: 9 & under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+
  • Trophy for the largest team
  • Kids’ Dash finisher medals

Registration:

5K Run / 1-Mile Walk: 

  • $20 through September 25
  • $25 on September 26 (late registration)

Kids’ Dash:

  • $15 – includes medal

NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. NO REFUNDS.

Team Discount:

  • Teams of 10 or more receive a $5 discount per person
  • First 9 pay full price and receive a refund once the 10th team member registers
  • Discount automatically applies for team members 10 and beyond
  • GROUP DISCOUNT ENDS AT MIDNIGHT on September 25

Packet Pick-Up:

  • Early Pick-Up: Up and Running – 3233 N. Mesa, Ste. 205. September 26 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Race Day Pick-Up: UMC Northeast Clinic. September 27 from 7:00 to 7:45 AM

All proceeds support breast cancer awareness and the Sobreviviendo el Cáncer Fund, helping individuals in our community who are navigating a cancer diagnosis.
