As flu season approaches, we at University Medical Center of El Paso are offering flu vaccines to help our community stay healthy and protected throughout the weather changes.
Flu shots are available for just $10 for self-pay or uninsured individuals. If you have health insurance, most plans cover the flu vaccine at no cost.
To better serve our community, the UMC Mobile Health Clinic will visit many of El Paso’s rural communities to bring flu vaccines closer to families.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends getting the flu shot in September or October to ensure the best protection throughout the flu season.
