UMC Engages With Local Contractors,Following Successful CMAR Symposium

UMC Staff

In response to the successful Construction Manager At Risk Symposium (CMAR) on March 18, UMC, represented by Patrick Dennis and Elisa Martinez, further engaged with local contractors in El Paso on April 1 with a special roundtable discussion at the El Paso Association of Contractors (EPAC). The full and robust attendance by local construction vendors was a demonstration of their interest in working with UMC, as well as UMC’s ongoing efforts to reach out and engage our El Paso construction industry partners.

This roundtable gave local contractors an opportunity to learn more about the UMC Bond Project while providing a forum to ask questions and engage directly with UMC’s project leaders.

Elisa Martinez is UMC’s Senior Project Manager for Planning, Design and Construction, and Patrick Dennis is UMC’s Project Manager for both on- and off-site bond projects. Contractors wanting to work with UMC or needing more information regarding our bond construction projects should reach out to Patrick at (713) 454-4367.

Both Elisa and Patrick will continue to be available and engage with our community of construction vendors to ensure the successful completion of bond project construction.
