Locked Out of MyHealthEP? How to Reset Your UMC Patient Portal Password and Set Up the App

Need to check your lab results, upcoming visit information, or medical records, but can’t access your MyHealthEP account? Fortunately, resetting your password is usually a quick process.

If You Forgot Your Password

Start by visiting the MyHealthEP login page and selecting “Forgot Password?”

You’ll be asked to verify your account information and will receive instructions to create a new password.

If you’re still having trouble logging in, help is available by calling (877) 621-8014 and selecting Option 2 for password reset assistance.

If You Can’t Remember Your Security Question

Some users may remember their password but have trouble answering the security question associated with their account.

If this happens, call the MyHealthEP technical support line at (877) 621-8014. Support representatives can help determine the next steps and, if necessary, direct you to registration staff who can assist with updating your account information.

Using MyHealthEP on Your Phone

If you haven’t already, you can access MyHealthEP through the HealtheLife® mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices.

Once downloaded, simply log in using your existing MyHealthEP username and password. The app allows you to view many of the same records available through the online portal, including:

  • Lab results
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Immunizations
  • Visit summaries
  • Discharge instructions
