Visiting Hours and Guidelines

UMC welcomes visitors daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All lobbies are currently open, and each patient may have up to two visitors at a time, with no limit on the number of visitors per day. Visitor passes are required and can be obtained at the Information Desk upon entry. 

Please note that individual units may have specific visiting policies. For more details, refer to unit-specific guidelines on UMC’s website.

Admissions Process

Upon arrival, patients and visitors are greeted by UMC staff who guide them through the admissions or visitation process. Admissions typically begin with patient registration at the front desk or through emergency services, depending on the nature of care needed.
